Conditions

Returns and exchanges
Our team invests creativity in the designs of the products that it provides. However, provided that you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can choose to return it and exchange it for a different size, colour or model (of the same value or higher) or you can choose the reimbursement of the amount (with the exception of the transport costs). Pursuant to the legislation in force, namely the Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts, according to art. 7, paragraph 1: "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 10 business days, without any penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs which may be borne by the consumer are the direct expenses related to the return of the goods". As such, the return must take place within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the package and the transport expenses for the return of the products will be covered by the client. After the expiry of said time, we will no longer accept the reimbursement of the amount or the exchange of the products. These rules apply only to the products displayed on the website www.digitalgift.ro.

You can choose any courier service to return the package to us (including the Romanian Postal Office – only by drayage – delivery to the registered office) and we will deliver the package containing the exchanged products by FAN Courier (or you can send any other courier company to collect the package from us).

Attention! We do not accept any degraded, washed and/or used products. As such the products will be rejected and sent back to the client. Provided that the client refuses to accept the package, we will keep the products without claiming any damages. Please return all the products in the same state in which you have received them, with all the accessories and labels attached, accompanied by all the documents received and in the original package.
The costs of returning the products and delivering the exchanged products (where appropriate) will be covered by the client, except for the case in which the return is caused by an error generated by us.
VERY IMPORTANT! Provided that the products have been printed using the client’s personal designs, we will not accept the exchange thereof or the reimbursement of the amount, since the cause of the refusal might be due to the fact that the design provided by you fails to meet the technical and quality standards.

A product of a certain size can be exchanged with the same product of a different size, provided that the size requested is available. Provided that said size is not available, you can request the exchange of the product with another product, by paying the price difference, where appropriate.

Procedures for returning products
The products that we provide are carefully checked prior to delivery. Provided that you consider that one of the products delivered might present a defect, please contact us at the email address contact@digitalgift.ro. The product will be replaced with a new one, provided that you notify us, by telephone or by email, within 48 hours from receipt. You can request the reimbursement of the amount or the replacement of the product with a new one. Provided that for some objective reasons, we are unable to replace the product with a new one, we will reimburse the equivalent value of the product. Provided that the product is returned without prior notice or by any other means than those specified by us at the time of the notification, we reserve the right to reject the returned packages.

The time required for processing the return
Within 3 business days, the return will be processed. Note that this time does not include the delivery time.
